This week, I invite you to notice the tiny sparks around you… the little glimmers that quietly help your nervous system settle.

Whatever you notice (light, warmth, sound, movement, or stillness) is real, valid, and welcome. Even brief moments like this can:

  • Help your nervous system recognise safety

  • Build gentle resilience over time

  • Connect you with your capacity for presence and care

For the week ahead, try noticing at least one glimmer each day. You don’t need to journal or force it — simply acknowledging it is enough.
