The Somatic Lab is now an integrative container full of free self-regulation resources, rather than a single weekly meditation. Building this embodied library allows a steadier, more sustainable rhythm for my nervous system — and hopefully for yours too.
Each week, I’ll share one free offering, with the guided meditation arriving in the second week of each month rather than weekly. Each month follows a theme, and weekly offerings include:

2️⃣ Somatic Meditations — short guided practices (usually under 5 minutes)
3️⃣ Grounded Echoes — community-shaped reflections to notice, wonder, and realise
