ℱ𝓇𝓸𝓂 𝓂𝓎 𝒽𝑒𝒶𝓇𝓉 𝓉𝓸 𝓎𝓸𝓊𝓇𝓈... 🫶💌☕

As winter continues at 60° N, the landscape feels quiet and introspective -- a season of stillness before emergence.

In this northern light, there’s room to slow down, feel into the body, and notice what is already here.

This week invites reflection on what has recently surfaced, and a gentle releasing of what no longer serves -- supporting inner attunement rather than outward striving.

I feel like Winter’s light softens the northern hemisphere; and the waning moon favours reflection over performance.

There’s a subtle movement from full expression toward quiet grounding, and an invitation to sense your own physical space more clearly.

It’s a supportive time for embodied work that isn’t about fixing, but about noticing and orienting.

From snow to snowdrops — life finding its way back, gently.

Step Into Your Space

This week, I invite you to gently notice the space your body occupies, such as:

  • The weight of your feet on the floor.

  • The support beneath your back.

  • The shape of your hands.

Small, steady anchors like these offer the nervous system clear cues of:

  • Safety.

  • Presence.

  • Support.

And, as you return to these points of contact, you may find space to:

  • Integrate.

  • Receive.

  • Clarify what truly matters.

When you notice small points of contact in daily life, remember that each pause is a chance to reclaim your space, feel grounded, and remind yourself that you are present.
