Thank you, Dana! Your gentle words spoke to me. It's wonderful to find affirmations each time from your texts and take them with me into a new week. I loved "You’re not broken. You adapted. And now, you’re learning something new." Powerful words, thank you! 💗

Also a very good reminder: "Letting yourself rest before you’re exhausted." I'm still struggling with this one. I'll try again today. 😊

I’m so glad my words resonate with you — that's exactly what I was hoping for when I started sharing these letters! 💗 Resting before we hit a wall is so hard when we’ve had to push through for so long, but every time you try, you’re gently rewiring the patterns that once kept you safe. Thank you for sharing, Claudia 🙏✨

Thank you for your gentle reminder Dana. Self care was totally alien to me for years in terms of ease and gentleness, but I'm slowly learning to listen to my body and not 'lead' with my mind. It's a daily practice, but so necessary. Wishing you a happy week ahead 😊

Thank you for sharing, Grace 💛 It’s such a big shift to trust the body when the mind has been leading for so long. Every small moment matters. You’re doing something beautiful for yourself. Wishing you a gentle, nourishing week ahead 😊

I so relate to this 🥰 find it hard to stop being a 'human doing' instead of just a human being xx

I feel this so deeply, Marie 💚✨ Learning to just 'be' instead of always 'do' can feel like coming home to parts of ourselves we forgot. Thank you for naming it so beautifully xx
