Thank you so much for your words, Dana <3 I have really learned that slowing down, and not pushing things away or pushing through them, is what I need. There have been so many changes in my life the last five years, and at first, my instinct was to manage them rationally. Now, I find myself in stillness. It took time to accept that, but it is okay. I am learning to find balance, to notice movement (intentional movement) and that feels right. Especially right now.
Thank you, Christine. It’s not easy to slow down and *just be* when life moves fast. I admire your courage to rest in stillness and find your own rhythm. Keep holding that space—you’re doing something truly beautiful ❤️
I really needed to hear this, especially the "you don't have to push". In the last few months, I've been doing nothing but pushing and trying hard. But I'm so exhausted now. S thank you for sharing this x
Alex, I’m so glad this resonated. That constant pushing can take such a toll. You deserve to slow down and meet yourself with gentleness. Thank you for sharing 🙏🌿
Wow!! Another post of yours hitting the nail on the head! I was just reflecting yesterday on this concept and how positive change has been happening, even though I haven’t take the time to recognize it! Thank you for your lovely words 🌱
Thank you, Claire 🙏 I’m so glad this spoke to you. We so often overlook our own growth because it doesn't always shout. But the nervous system feels it 💛
Thank you so much, Clare 🌿 Poetry has a way of holding the unspeakable, doesn’t it? I’m so glad it resonated with you. It’s always my hope that these words meet others right where they are.
Thank you Dana, for this beautiful post, for your gentle reminder to take it slow and for holding the space for us and for helping us breathe through difficult times of change ✨🧡
Thank you, Simone 💜 Change can feel heavy, and sometimes the kindest thing we can do is breathe and take it slow. Grateful to hold this space with you ✨
The practice of change can be so tough...despite my brain wanting to change old patterns of behaviour, my body can feel very unsafe allowing those changes, so we need to be patient with ourselves. I'm only just learning to trust that change is happening below the surface and sometimes in ways that don't seem very evident. Ultimately, we must love ourselves always 💜
So beautifully said, Karen 🙏 That tug between wanting change and feeling unsafe to allow it is such a tender space. Real transformation often happens quietly beneath the surface. Learning to trust that is powerful. Loving ourselves through it, not just after, is the real work. Thank you for sharing, this will resonate with so many 💜

Well said, Dana. Gentle and at our own pace. We will still get there and it's all ok - we are human. Thank you.
Thank you so much, Barbara 🌿 I appreciate your thoughtful words and hope they resonate with others who may need this reminder too
