So lovely you were able to be still, quiet and present over the weekend Dana. I resonate with stillness feeling uncomfortable at times. I read a sentence recently that said something along the lines of 'you were required to be a protector when you'd never been protected' and it made me feel so compassionate towards the little girl in me and I really want her to feel loved and protected now. The road is slowly revealing itself, we just need to keep coming back to our bodies with absolute trust and love ❤️ Karen x
Beautiful Dana, our bodies need such care to be able to know they can rest, they are safe. It is a daily practice and I am glad I do not walk it alone. Thank you 🙏🌱
Thank you, Clare - you’ve captured it so well. Caring for our bodies as safe spaces is truly a daily, gentle practice. I’m grateful to share this journey with you and others who understand its quiet power. We’re not alone 🌿💛🙏

Karen, thank you — that sentence spoke to me. Being the protector without ever feeling protected… I know that weight too.
Stillness can stir up so much, but the way you’re meeting that part of you now, with love and care, is beautiful.
Yes to the slow road. Yes to returning to our bodies with trust. I’m grateful to be walking this alongside you ❤️
