1. How often do you send your newsletter?
From January 2026, I’ll share one free resource each week:
First Monday
Somatic informed insights to pause, reflect, and gently move forward.
Second Monday
A short guided somatic meditation (usually under 5 minutes).
Third Monday
Values-based reflections shaped by lived experience and community themes.
Fourth Monday
A window into my own intuitive, reflective somatic journey through the fascia.
You’re welcome to step in and out as needed — this space is here to support, not demand 🫶
2. What are your resources about?
Everything here is designed to help you:
notice how your body signals stress, safety, and capacity
reconnect with yourself in small, manageable ways
respond to life with more steadiness and presence
The content is body-mind informed, accessible, and intentionally simple.
No jargon. No pressure. No “doing it right”.
3. Do I need experience or prior knowledge?
No.
Everything is intentionally beginner friendly and practices are short and designed for real life.
Where helpful, I offer gentle invitations to explore more deeply — but nothing is required to begin.
4. What is your approach?
My approach follows a simple, three-part rhythm:
Feel It
Noticing physical sensations and patterns in the body.
Know It
Understanding what those sensations are communicating.
Move Forward
Using that awareness to make supportive, intentional choices in everyday life.
5. Can I share your content?
Yes but please don’t copy and paste my work as if it were your own.
You’re more than welcome to restack insights with others so that the integrity of the work remains intact.
